New Race: Pandaria - both factions, leveling from 1-10 is the same for each "side" and you pick your faction at the end.
New Class: Monk - Metzen talked about how the talent trees would focus them down like a "Brewmaster" tree.

As Chris Metzen has been describing it - the story and the setting are ment to relieve some of the pressures built up by WotLK and Cataclysm, add some fun and adventure back in, and build up to mega War between Horde and Alliance.
